Ordering From Us

These terms of service shall apply to and govern all contracts between us, as the 'seller' and you as the 'customer' These terms & service shall apply as the complete and exclusive terms of each contract and no variation in any documents from the customer including but not exhaustively any letter, receipt acknowledgement, or other form shall be effective unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree with our standard terms and conditions of sale and that they are legally binding and apply to all sales made. If you do not accept these terms, please do not buy from this website.

Acceptance Of An Order 

You are deemed to place an order with us when ordering online via our checkout process. We will email you a receipt confirming the products you have purchased. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We reserve the right to brand all our products and our packaging. We may refuse to accept any order if:

 a.) Goods are not available

b.) If we cannot obtain authorisation of your payment

c.) If there has been a pricing or product description error

d.) If the order is to be delivered outside the UK or to an area where delivery is unusually difficult

e.) If the order is for a personalised product and contains content which could be considered threatening, indecent, obscene, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.

Photo or Design Upload

When upload photos or designs on the website, you agree not to upload photos or designs that will cause distress or offence to any person.  It is your responsibility to ensure that express permission for any photos or designs you use has been granted by the owner of any photo or design. Meggie Moos Gifts Ltd reserves the right to refuse to process any order that may cause offence or distress to others - in such a case we will refund any payment made. Meggie Moos Gifts Ltd will not be responsible for any copyright infringement by the customer for designs or photos upload to this website. 


We will deliver gifts ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. You may delivery gifts to a address which is different from your address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver your personalised gifts to a family or friends address. If any of the details are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible. Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. All delivery and dispatch times on the website do not include weekends or bank holidays. Unfortunately not all couriers will deliver on Saturdays or may charge a little more for a guaranteed Saturday delivery. If Saturday delivery is a guaranteed option, it will display this on the checkout page.

We always make every effort to despatch goods within the specified timescale. Fortunately it's not very often but sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee delivery times or accept any liability for late delivery. This applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries beyond our control.

If the product(s) you have ordered do not arrive within 14 days of placing the order, Meggie Moos Gifts Ltd except no liability unless you have informed us by email during this period. 

Order Cancellations

With most purchases you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to products we have personalised specifically for you. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so immediately. Our preference is for you to do this by email to info@meggiemoos.com. In order to provide a prompt and efficient delivery service some of our manufacturers process and manufacture our orders immediately on a 24 hours a day basis. This is why we need to be informed immediately if there is a problem after placing your order online. Please check your order on screen and the confirmation receipt carefully as we cannot refund products which have been miss-spelt or wrong design, photo upload.

Returns & Refunds

If goods are confirmed as faulty by us and returned within 14 working days of receipt we will issue a refund. The returned item is your responsibility until it's received by us. We therefore recommend you send the parcel back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. Your rights to return the goods do not apply in the following circumstances:   

a.) Any products that have been made or personalised specifically for you.

b.) Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Where they have not been returned in their original packaging.

c.) Where you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

d.) Where you upload the wrong photo or design

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because the product is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 7 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.  

When goods are confirmed as despatched from us or one of our suppliers but are delayed and seem to have gone missing in transit. Our ability to react to this generally mirrors the Royal Mail DPD missing items policy but may differ depending on the product. However as a general rule on greeting cards we will endeavour to deal with any issue within five working days of the card not being received and personalised gifts within ten working days of the gift not being received on the expected delivery date.

Copyright and all intellectual property on this website including all photographs and product images are owned by us or our partners. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute anything from this website without written permission from Meggie Moos Gifts Ltd. This web site is normally available at all times. Due to the nature of the internet and online stores, we cannot be held responsible if the web site isn't available for any reason. Access to our site may be suspended temporarily without notice due to system error or for reasons beyond our control.


While we endeavour to ensure the information on our website is correct and accurate we reserve the right to make changes to product materials, prices and descriptions without notice.  We exclude all liability and responsibility for any loss to income, profits, goodwill, data, or contracts in connection with this website in any way. This includes damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property due to downloading material or browsing this website or any websites linked to this website. If your use of material on this website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.


These conditions and all other terms of Contract shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the UK Law and fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK Courts.
